You will contribute to the reliability of standby generators, UPS, PDUs, chillers, cooling towers, and related facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency in fast-paced data-center environments. Qualifications

• 2+ years in electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years of MS Office applications experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems.
• Monitor Building Management and Power Management Systems.
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within SLAs.
• Perform rack installations and decommissioning per SLA.
• PM, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Create technical documentation for change management.
• Manage work requests and drive projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on-site according to practices and local laws.
