Job summary

Telios Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Data Center Design Engineer to join our Dallas Mission Critical team. You will design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for data centers and other high-performance facilities, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver technically complex projects.

You will perform calculations, develop construction documents in Revit, and ensure adherence to codes and industry standards while growing your expertise in mission critical building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Minimum of two years of MEP building systems design experience.
• Experience with Revit or similar design/documentation software.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems for data center and mission critical projects.
• Perform field investigations, engineering calculations, system analysis, and equipment selection.
• Develop and coordinate construction documents using Revit and other design tools.
• Apply applicable codes, engineering standards, and current design practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project design and delivery.
• Support project schedules, deadlines, coordination, and document revision.
• Continue developing technical expertise in mission critical building systems and emerging data center technologies.
