Qualifications

• 10+ years of relative experience in construction.
• 5+ years’ Project Management experience in construction required.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Recruit and manage project teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain project budgets and track expenses.
• Create and monitor project schedules.
• Conduct inspections and enforce quality control.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage procurement and oversee equipment purchasing.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Ensure safety compliance during project execution.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports.
