Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction management and/or estimating experience required.
• Previous experience leading data center or advanced manufacturing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Work closely with clients and designers for project budget and concept.
• Negotiate contracts and fees with clients.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and manage project performance.
