Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering and 7 years of applicable experience.
• Experience on construction project sites or program management in related industries is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and work overtime on short notice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct engineering projects, including safety, cost, schedule and quality.
• Ensure project reviews and quality control guidelines are followed.
• Establish project teams and coordinate activities of multiple disciplines.
• Resolve problems requiring adaptation of standard techniques.
• Develop and evaluate plans for major projects.
• May coordinate project studies, reports or design assignments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff.
• Regularly meets and communicates with clients or outside personnel.
• Some marketing responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
