Job summary

OVERWATCH is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction for mission-critical data center projects, based in Dallas, TX (or Meridian, MS with a 50% travel split).

You will coordinate preconstruction, design, procurement and construction, manage monthly financial reviews, and ensure smooth handovers with operations, vendors and GC partners.

The role requires strong communication, risk management and cross-functional leadership within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or 5+ years of CM/GC experience.
• High priority on transparent information flow and escalation.
• In‑depth knowledge of commercial construction design, bidding and execution.
• Cost management and forecasting knowledge.
• Strong organization and planning skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide transparent and unmanaged communications, escalating risks and issues requiring mitigation and/or resolution.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Development and Design Teams prior to mobilization to set up for delivery.
• Manage monthly pay application process and lead monthly project financial reviews and reporting.
• Lead engagement and planning with Operations to ensure customer handovers and commissioning.
• Build and maintain partnerships with OFCI vendors and GC partners; manage logistics, storage and deliveries.
• Oversee Construction Managers’ execution of project disciplines, daily logs, photos, safety audits and meeting notes.
• Manage contractor contracts, purchase orders and change orders.
• Maintain weekly and monthly milestone schedule updates and develop executive project reports.
