Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a general contractor.
• 7+ years of proven performance in large-scale commercial projects.
• 5+ years of management experience with a general contractor.
• 10–15+ years of industry leadership in mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage field questions and status logs for technical builds.
• Oversee project scheduling and subcontractor bidding.
• Spearhead preconstruction and mentor staff.
