Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Project Engineer for Mission Critical Construction in Southeast Ohio. The role involves supporting ground-up data center and critical infrastructure projects, coordinating RFIs and submittals, and driving documentation with a talented team on a fast-paced site in Columbus, OH.

The position requires 1–5+ years in commercial construction, a related bachelor’s degree, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting ground-up construction projects.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, project coordination, and construction documentation.
• Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to Travel; project assignment based in Southeast Ohio; travel may be required.
