Job summary

Woolpert is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team with a hybrid schedule across multiple offices including Chicago, NY, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, and Miami.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's in Architecture and at least 6 years of related experience; a Master’s is preferred. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with strong design and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years related architectural experience.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture is preferred.
• Strong design, execution, and problem‑solving skills. Experience on complex projects a strong asset.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
• Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
• Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
• Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.
