Job summary

HED is seeking a Technical Architectural Designer II to support project teams from early design through construction under seasoned architects. You will apply Revit workflows and project standards to deliver high-quality, high-performance design solutions while collaborating with engineers and consultants.

You may mentor junior team members and contribute across market sectors, focusing on Mission Critical projects while expanding your skills in BIM tools and design documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in architecture required; licensure or active pursuit preferred.
• Experience with design documentation and construction phases in A/E.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Architect to ensure design and technical quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants using Revizto.
• Support delivery of professional services per HED processes.
• Mentor junior staff and help develop project delivery strategies.
