The Defense Sector of Leidos is seeking a Mission Crew Training Simulator (MCTS) Training Specialist to join their team at Offutt AFB, NE. As part of a major program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission, you'll be responsible for building training scenarios for the MCTS to aid in training the RC-135 aircrew members.
In this role, you'll be tasked with standardizing training task objectives and timelines to support Mission Qualification, Mission Certification, and pre‑deployment training. You'll also develop and maintain MCTS scenarios that are exportable, adaptable, and standardized. You will also assist with maintaining training servers needed for training execution.
