Job summary

Aerodyne Industries, LLC is seeking a System Test Engineer to join the COSMOS team at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston. You will collaborate with NASA customers, users, and engineers to test MCC Trajectory Services software, develop test plans, perform patch testing, and ensure quality across releases.

You will decompose requirements, design test procedures, and contribute to both automated and manual testing efforts, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and 2–5 years of general experience.
• Preferred: degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Astronautics, Physics, Math or related fields.
• Experience with scripting and automation; SDLC knowledge; strong communication and scheduling skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team or independently, detail oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Test MCC Trajectory Services software; develop test plans and procedures; perform patch and release testing.
• Review procedures and documents; decompose architecture requirements; plan test objectives.
• Create and maintain automated and manual test plans; execute tests and document results.
• Collaborate with NASA customer, users, engineers and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
