As a Mission Command software engineer, you will build scalable software for mission-critical capabilities, delivering end‑to‑end functionality across mesh platforms, data interfaces, and field deployments. You will work with distributed systems, cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure), and a fast‑paced startup‑like environment to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred or required
• Strong engineering background in CS/SE/Networking/Math/Physics
• 3–10+ years with languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust
• Experience with data processing and analysis
• Ability to navigate complex systems and code bases

Responsibilities

• Own software solutions spanning mesh platforms, data interfaces, and release management deployed to customers
• Deliver well‑architected systems with scalable, reliable, testable, portable design
• Translate complex user needs into features balancing UX and engineering constraints
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test cross‑functional functionality
• Monitor health, triage production issues, root cause analysis, and drive next steps
• Travel 10%–30% to meet customers and test capabilities in field
