Job summary

IDS is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to support the Army Mission Command Training Center/Complex at Fort Bragg, NC. The role focuses on facility management, coordinating maintenance, security, and safety.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and DPW experience; a secret clearance is required. Two years in management and operations of a training facility are preferred, with strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; ten years of Special Forces experience may substitute for academic degrees.
• Secret clearance.
• Two years of experience in facility management and operations of an Army Mission Command Training Center/Complex.
• Two years of experience in supervision of maintenance, security, and safety of facilities.
• DPW training and experience.
• Experience performing humidity/air conditioning and controls checks.
• Experience submitting and tracking DPW services or work orders for AC/heat, plumbing, electrical, etc. with emphasis on Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) regulation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Facility management and operations of an Army Mission Command Training Center/Complex.
• Supervision of maintenance, security, and safety of facilities.
• Perform humidity/air conditioning and controls checks.
• Submit and track DPW services or work orders for AC/heat, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Support requirements in accordance with Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) regulations and procedures.
