• 5+ years maintaining Dell servers and zero client endpoints.
• Ability to learn new enterprise tools (e.g., Splunk, PKI, Jira) quickly.
• Translate troubleshooting steps into clear documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, patch, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems in production.
• Ensure stable operation of VMware-based virtualized workloads and hardware.
• Document procedures and act as feedback loop to engineering for improvements.
