The GARRETT GROUP is seeking an experienced Data Science and Analytics Professional to support advanced analytical initiatives, including LLM integration and intelligent automation. You will collaborate in Agile, cross-functional environments and drive data-driven insights for mission-focused objectives.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in data science, AI/ML, NLP, and data visualization, with a track record of delivering scalable analytics solutions and dashboards for diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, applied physics, data analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of combined experience in data science, data visualization, artificial intelligence, text analytics, SQL/database development, or related analytics disciplines.
• Demonstrated mastery of the tools, methods, and technologies listed above.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy analytics solutions with LLM use and text analytics.
• Design and optimize AI/ML and statistical models for mission needs.
• Create dashboards with Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights.
• Use SQL to design and optimize relational databases.
• Automate data processing workflows with Python.
• Integrate data from external sources via APIs, web services, RSS feeds.
• Work within Agile teams across data engineering, analytics, operations, and stakeholders.
