Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates quality assurance functional disciplines per AS9100 and related standards.
• Interfaces with customers, vendors, and Propulsion Systems and Controls to resolve mission assurance issues.
• Plans and manages manpower, budget, and hiring activities for MA team.
• Drives continuous improvement actions and leads CI projects at site level.
• Fosters an inclusive work environment and strong accountability.
