Insight Global is looking for a Mission Assurance Analyst to sit at Fort Meade. This role supports critical mission assurance initiatives, maps MRT-C terrain, analyzes enterprise IT environments, and ensures operational readiness across complex networks.

The ideal candidate has an active TSSCI clearance, IAT Level II, a Bachelor's degree with 8 years combined education and experience, and strong data storytelling skills for executive audiences. DoD cyber mission experience is a plus.

Insight Global is looking for a Mission Assurance Analyst to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate will support critical mission assurance initiatives focused on identifying and mapping mission-relevant terrain in cyberspace (MRT-C), analyzing enterprise IT environments, and ensuring operational readiness across complex networks. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of cyber operations, mission assurance principles, and enterprise architecture, along with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, combatant commands, and cyber mission partners. This individual will develop metrics, improve processes, maintain governing documentation, assess policy compliance, and deliver executive-level briefings that directly support mission success in a high-impact national security environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active TSSCI Clearance
• IATevel II
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8 years combined education and experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Mission decomposition like hierarchical mission breakdown, identify critical function or components, trace dependencies, iterative refinement to protect critical infrastructure and missions.
• Relevant experience in a Mission Assurance related discipline; candidate is able to articulate identification, mitigation and communication of Mission Assurance status and Risk to Mission Success.
• Conduct pre-assessment work including data gathering, research, and coordination.
• Use of various automated tools, databases, and software programs (MADSS, SMADS, FADE and MARMS) to support assessment activities, prepare observations and recommendations for leadership and staff.
• Ability to translate data into a cohesive narrative and strong visualization that supports actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of threats against DOD critical infrastructure.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with eMASS
• Power BI reporting and dashboard development
• Experience creating KPIs and performance metrics
• Experience developing SOPs, TTPs, DISA Instructions, and process documentation
• Previous DISA or DoD cyber mission experience

We are hiring multiple candidates for this opening and candidates pay will vary based on total years of experience, expertise and depth on knowledge in Cyber Readiness, Clearance level, among other factors. However, we anticipate paying 145K - 150K for these roles as well as providing a comprehensive benefits package to include health, vision, dental, and 401K benefits.
