Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in modeling and simulation, mission analysis, or related fields.
• Experience creating or governing models and analytic scenarios for complex systems.
• Ability to connect analytic work to integration, test, fielding, or operational decisions.
• US citizenship is required and TS clearance eligibility is needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication for concise, decision-ready products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply mission-focused models, simulations, scenarios, experiments, and analyses.
• Translate mission needs into analytic representations and defensible assessment approaches.
• Design and execute scenario-based analyses with documented assumptions and data.
• Collaborate with operators, systems engineers, authorities, and stakeholders to craft recommendations.
• Communicate analytic results through concise decision products, briefings, and visualizations.
