Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks a Mission Analysis Engineer to lead modeling, simulation, and analysis for space programs. You will be the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for end-to-end mission simulations and validation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and program objectives.

You will design and implement mission data processing algorithms, validate TPMs, and work with leadership to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience in modeling and simulation of complex aerospace systems using MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C++.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain simulations for large satellite constellations to assess mission requirements.
• Own EO/IR image processing chain from photon to Warfighter.
• Create models for space vehicle payloads for system trades and performance predictions.
• Develop novel algorithms and data processing schemes for MW/MT, RPO, and SDA systems.
• Architect CONOPS/DRM and their simulations.
• Collaborate with software/hardware-in-the-loop teams to deploy simulations.
