On-site position requiring experience with OSINT, law enforcement databases, GIS, and clear written briefs. The analyst will develop case files, track leads, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Forensic Science, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, law enforcement support, investigative research, or a closely related field.
• Experience with law enforcement databases such as NCIC, NIBRS, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated experience producing written analytical products, reports, or intelligence summaries.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze data from law enforcement databases, public records, social media, and OSINT tools.
• Develop and maintain detailed case files, analytical reports, and intelligence products.
• Identify patterns and trends across cases to support investigative leads.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local law enforcement and NGOs to share intelligence.
• Utilize GIS and mapping tools to analyze location-based data.
• Monitor tips and leads, disseminating timely information to staff.
• Prepare clear written and verbal briefings for law enforcement and leadership.
• Support databases and tracking systems related to missing persons cases.
• Assist in identifying connections to potential criminal activity and trafficking.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to laws and agency policies.
