Job summary

Streamline Defense seeks a mid-level Missiles C4I Analyst to support the MCIA Kill Chain Analysis Branch at Quantico, VA. Immediate-fill on funded program delivering all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

The successful candidate will conduct all-source analysis of adversary missile systems and C4I, produce and brief IC-standard intelligence products, and collaborate across the IC to close gaps and inform collection strategies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead research across the IC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies.
• Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA RFIs.
• Produce written assessments and briefings meeting IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208).
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements.
• Analyze adversary kill webs, sensors, C2, and targeting processes for Marine Corps equities.
• Create written and graphic products including kill web overviews and timelines.
• Address gaps in Branch knowledge through research and production.
• Deliver timely formal intelligence products per Kill Chain Analysis Branch plans.
• Maintain understanding of adversary ISR, kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems and decision making.
• Focus analytic effort on missiles and C4I, ISR, and targeting architectures.

Overview

Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Missiles C4I Analyst supporting the Kill Chain Analysis Branch at the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. Multiple openings are available. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
• Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
• Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
• Conduct daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs and their sensors, communication architecture, command and control, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with emphasis on threats to Marine Corps equities
• Produce written and graphic products including kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines
• Identify gaps in Branch and Service knowledge and resolve them through research, collection, analysis, and production
• Produce timely formal intelligence products in accordance with Kill Chain Analysis Branch production planning and ad hoc RFIs
• Maintain understanding of adversary ISR, kinetic, and non-kinetic weapon systems and the adversary targeting cycle, information flow, and decision making
• Focus analytic effort on adversary missile forces and the C4I, ISR, and targeting architectures that enable them

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Demonstrated experience analyzing adversary missile systems, missile C4I, or the sensor-to-shooter kill chain
• 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC

Desired Qualifications

• Background with NASIC, ONI, DIA MSIC, or similar missile-focused analytic organizations
• Experience producing graphic intelligence products
