Gridiron IT is seeking a Missile Warning Systems Engineer (Foreign Military Sales) in Arlington, VA, a full-time onsite role. You will lead the integration of Space Force programs into FMS for export to international partners and coordinate TRFD processes with key stakeholders.

You will develop technical documentation and executive-level briefings while ensuring compliance with Air Force policy. This position requires a TS/SCI-related readiness and is based in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of space operations experience.
• 3+ years in Missile Warning mission area.
• Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and FMS policies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and able to communicate at the executive level.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, mathematics, electrical engineering, or computer science.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to integrate US Space Force mission programs into the Foreign Military Sales enterprise and enable export to international partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support TRFD processes and ensure Air Force Policy compliance.
• Develop and deliver high-quality written products and executive briefings reporting program milestones.
• Work as part of a team located in Arlington, VA to support space domain engineering initiatives.

As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the space security cooperation and security assistance mission by providing technical expertise to integrate a U.S. Space Force mission area programs of record into the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) enterprise and enable export to international partners. You’ll coordinate with key stakeholders to support the technology release and foreign disclosure (TRFD) process and ensure compliance with Air Force Policy. You’ll develop and deliver high-quality written products and briefings to executive-level leadership to report programmatic milestones. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

• Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and FMS policies, processes, and stakeholders
• Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, and communicate at the executive level

Nice To Have Qualifications

• Experience with TRFD policy and processes
• Knowledge of Senior and executive leadership’s role in security assistance and FMS and their relationships to key stakeholders
• Ability to use Power Apps such as Power BI
• TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
