Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Missile Warning (MW) SME to support HQ USSF, DCSO Strategy, Plans, Programs and Requirements, S5/8. The role analyzes, drafts, and implements MW/MT capability requirements to close gaps and boost mission effectiveness.

You will draft MARDs and DCRs, staff through USSF/JFRP channels, and coordinate with ETMS2 and KM/DS to ensure timely staffing. Collaboration with Space Warfighting, SDA, SSC, and other stakeholders is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting JFRP/Capability Requirements documents (MARD, DCR).
• Familiarity with USSF/JFRP processes and enterprise task management tools.
• TS/SCI clearance or eligible.
• Experience with space systems and C2 of satellites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft MW/MT capability requirements documents.

• Prepare material for senior leaders and manage projects.
