Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to lead integration test efforts for the Eastern Range Sustainment Electrical Test Team. You will plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for both in-house and COTS/GOTS components, with occasional travel to test sites.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in an engineering field, Agile experience, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering field.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and iterative test-execution cycles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 for documentation and reporting.
• Strong written and oral communication with stakeholders and customers; able to brief management.
• Familiarity with executing procedures, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Familiarity with test documentation (plans, procedures, checklists, discrepancy reports).
• Strong problem-solving for hardware-software interface issues.
• Ability to coordinate across organizations and travel to test sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead test efforts, including equipment spec and simulator development for integration testing.
• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for both in-house and COTS/GOTS components.
• Translate customer requirements into test solutions within technical, schedule, and cost bounds.
• Establish specs, resolve interface issues, define input/output parameters, ensure proper integration.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems/subsystems.
• Coordinate testing across program teams and external partners.
• Analyze results and prepare evaluation reports validating performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing on fixes.
• Conduct Engineering Review Boards (ERBs).
