Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Junior Missile Defense Systems Analyst - Architecture and Assessment to support Fort Belvoir, VA on-site.

You will perform architecture trade studies, evaluate sensor and interceptor performance, and support system-of-systems assessments using MATLAB and modeling tools such as Benchmark and AFSIM.

Candidates should have 5-8+ years of experience, a bachelor's in engineering, U.S. citizenship, and a DoD Secret clearance with potential for Top Secret eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in missile defense or similar systems.
• U.S. Citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform architecture trade studies and capability gap analyses for missile defense.
• Utilize Benchmark model to simulate engagements and evaluate performance across mission threads.
• Develop and execute analysis scripts and data post-processing routines using MATLAB.
• Integrate modeling results from AFSIM, Benchmark or other environments to inform architecture design decisions.
