Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Missile Defense System Architecture Engineer to join our team in Huntsville. You will support the Missile Defense Agency’s Architecture Validation team as an Architecture Assessment Engineer, developing and enhancing the QlikSense-based Capability Gap Tracker tool.

You will build dashboards and data visualizations to inform reporting, analysis, and architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional MDA groups to translate needs into data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 3+ years of DoD or large program experience
• Experience working with and analyzing large data sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Architecture Validation Team within MDA's Chief Architect's Office
• Assist in the development and management of the QlikSense-based Capability Gap Tracker (CGT) tool, to include reviewing, updating, and organizing gaps and threat
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations within the CGT to support reporting, analysis, and architecture decision-making
• Work closely with other MDA organizations to help them understand and leverage the CGT while gaining insight into missile defense system elements
• Engage with cross-functional teams and CGT users to identify reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions that improve decision support capabilities
