Job summary

BecTech seeks experienced Missile Engineering Support Analysts to provide engineering support to the Missile Engineering team for the MDA Program Office in Dahlgren, VA. The role emphasizes collaboration with government customers, prime contractors, and SMEs to ensure successful development, testing, and reporting.

Requirements include 8+ years in missile defense or related DoD programs, a STEM degree (preferred), and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with systems engineering, configuration management, data management, program reporting, and technical review processes.
• Ability to obtain and retain a Secret-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to the Missile Engineering team for the MDA Program Office.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical issues across departments for the Chief Engineer, System Engineer, and round leads.
• Coordinate and provide meeting support, including weekly engineering meetings.
• Track action items through completion and support the engineering team.
• Work with missile subject matter experts to determine missile component status during development and testing phases in preparation for flight test.
• Collaborate with prime contractors and subcontractors during component build-up to determine functionality and testing status.
