Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Missile Defense Architecture Analyst to join the Architecture Engineering team within the Engineering Services Division.

The role supports the MDA TEAMS-Next SEA contract and helps advance our benchmark-based analyses for future defense concepts. The position emphasizes development of MATLAB/Python scripting, architecture modeling, and predictive analysis to support leap-ahead capabilities in directed energy and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working on missile defense-related or complex DoD programs or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field such as engineering, physics, or math.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of performance assessments of the Missile Defense System at the full system level and update records on capability gaps.
• Contribute to architecture planning and requirements definition at the enterprise level.
• Develop analysis scripts using MATLAB and/or Python for Benchmark M&S analyses.
• Run the MDA Benchmark tool to perform predictive analyses of future missile defense architectures.
