Miscellaneous Machine Operator - 2nd shift

The QTI Group is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator for our client in Beaver Dam, the world-wide industry leader in the production of tooling supplies. Apply today!

• Hours are Monday-Friday 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• (Will train on 1st shift for the first two months 7:00am-:3:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of equipment to perform various machine functions, such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, boring and broaching of metallic work pieces
• Mount, align, and secure tooling attachments and work piece on machine
• Select and install cutting tools in machine spindle

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of machinability of materials
• Ability to read blueprints
• Basic shop math
