Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Training & Support Analyst to join our team. This remote role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful transition of new and existing partners from legacy accounting systems to our new ERP platform (Viewpoint Spectrum) and field management system (BuildOps). The analyst will work closely with internal teams including implementation, finance, and accounting, as well as end users, to provide effective training, troubleshooting, and support.
As a key member of the training and support team, this individual will lead training sessions for employees across accounting, finance, and operations, and will also assist in managing partner support through our Jira ticketing system. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for employees on ERP and field management systems
Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ERP systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partner transitions
Respond to and manage support tickets via the Jira platform
Travel to partner sites (10%–15%) to provide in-person training and go-live support
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience in end-user support
1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization
Willingness to travel (10%–15%) for on-site partner support
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum (ERP system)
Experience with Jira (ticketing and support system)
