DBA Web Technologies is seeking an MIS Manager (Microsoft Environment, Epicor ERP Support) in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position with no remote work, contracts, or corp-to-corp arrangements. The role offers excellent compensation and benefits.

Description:

Our esteemed client requires an MIS Manager to oversee and coordinate activities supporting two Information Systems departments, including ERP/MRP, development, compliance, and production at our facilities in Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent the organization positively regarding systems, equipment, staff, and management.
2. Consult with business leaders to analyze needs, prioritize projects, and manage infrastructure and operations.
3. Manage a variety of projects related to infrastructure and applications/development.
4. Supervise a small applications/development team with strong project management skills.
5. Handle multiple priorities and manage customer expectations effectively.
6. Align and communicate the strategic direction of the company and business units.
7. Develop plans for systems development, operations, hardware/software procurement, budgeting, and staffing.
8. Oversee the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information systems.
9. Support and manage Process Control infrastructure where applicable.
10. Develop policies to ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
11. Negotiate with vendors, consultants, and technical personnel for services and products.
12. Assist end-users with software and hardware selection, procurement, and maintenance.
13. Manage daily operations to minimize production downtime.
14. Ensure compliance with audit, ASAT, change management, and disaster recovery requirements.
15. Participate in regular meetings with location staff to discuss priorities and process improvements.
16. Travel up to 10% as required.
17. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Basic:

• 5+ to 7 years of experience in MIS
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience

Preferred:

• Strong management experience supporting remote teams and projects, with at least 4 years in project management of mid to large-scale projects
• 5+ years supporting or managing ERP/MRP systems, preferably Epicor ERP
• Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft-based infrastructure, databases, and servers
• Development experience with structured programming languages, database management, and queries
• Understanding of process control environments, robotics, historians, and supporting infrastructure
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain positive relationships
