Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Mount Holly, NJ, seeks an MIS Manager to lead the Information Services and Technology team. You will manage data sources, development lifecycles, and reporting tools, and oversee staff reporting to the VP of Technology.

The role emphasizes data quality, security, and strategic data initiatives, with hands-on responsibilities in SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of database administration experience required.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of MIS staff and report to the VP of Technology.
• Manage key software systems, access, security, and changes.
• Develop training protocols to improve systems competency.
• Provide timely user support and maintain high service standards.
• Implement data quality processes and support business decisions.
• Develop analytical solutions and dashboards for self-service reporting.
• Maintain SQL Server databases and related RDBMS.
• Collaborate on continuous improvements and security measures.
