Overview

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day end users needs for user provisioning within the Meditech environment, including initial account setup, deprovisioning, and user role setup and changes.

Special Instructions

This is a full-time work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

• Handles user provisioning and setups including but not limited to, provisioning, deprovisioning, role modifications, role maintenance
• Work closely with the Security, Data Center, Help Desk and Clinical teams
• Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data
• Build and test appropriate role based security
• Provide ongoing testing and validation of user access controls.
• Communicate regularly with users and IT members regarding status, provisioning, etc.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 1-3 Years Experience
• Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
• Basic awareness of digital literacy skills
