Job summary

Bobrick is seeking a dedicated team member for the Mirror Factory on the 2nd shift. You will assemble and pack B-290 series mirrors, following verbal instructions in English and adhering to safety standards as the top priority.

You will identify defective parts, replenish supplies, and coordinate with the lead or supervisor for guidance when needed. The role emphasizes quality checks, teamwork, and a process-driven approach to minimize waste while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Follow verbal instructions and safety rules in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform quality checks during assembly and report defects promptly.
• Work as part of a team to meet efficiency targets of 95–105%.
• Handle mirrors and tooling with care and maintain a clean workspace.
• Read production guides and follow department procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack B-165 and B-166 mirrors according to instructions.
• Prepare crates and cartons; set frames and apply glue when needed.
• Insert backs, clean glass, place foam, and secure components in frames.
• Attach hangers, seal and label boxes; conduct final inspection.
• Move finished cartons to pallets or crates using pallet jacks and lift equipment.
