CRISTA Ministries is offering a year-round Internship program in Port Orchard, WA. This position is ideal for individuals committed to Jesus Christ who wish to gain experience in a camp environment. Interns will engage in various activities including hosting groups, assisting with maintenance, and contributing to marketing efforts.
The role requires a commitment to spiritual growth, clear communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A stipend range of $350-$400 is offered, based on experience.

The year‑round Intern program is designed for people who are deeply committed to Jesus Christ and desire to intern at camps to help create and provide an environment where staff, volunteers, and guests of Miracle Ranch can experience Christ. We believe this will be a life‑changing experience where each intern will grow spiritually, personally, relationally, and professionally and will come away more energized and prepared for a lifetime of service. Interns will be part of the camp community and are expected to be regularly involved in community activities.

CRISTA is a Christian, religious organization that lives out its faith‑based mission through five ministries: CRISTA Camps, CRISTA Media, CRISTA Senior Living, King’s Schools, and World Concern.
