MRIoA is a national Independent Review Organization that facilitates the review of medical claims to determine treatment appropriateness.

The Opportunity:

Minnesota State Medical License Required.

Review Prior Authorizations for treatment by applying nationally accepted medical and healthcare plan guidelines, providing expert, unbiased assessments while ensuring compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations.

• Flexibility – work as little as 1-2 hours per week (with no minimum requirement). Most cases take 30-60 minutes to complete.

Additional Information:

• Work remotely from anywhere in the US (Patient records cannot leave the US per HIPAA regulations).
• Covered under MRIoA’s Errors and Omissions policy.
• Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO.

Work Environment:
