Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Program Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on school campuses, helping to drive fundraising while engaging and motivating students. This position is ideal for someone looking for a part-time opportunity with a growing team dedicated to making an impact.

Key responsibilities include teaching character curriculum, setting up fundraisers, and connecting with school communities. The position offers the chance to develop skills in a supportive and energetic atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
  • Able to pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check.
  • Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs.
  • Able to be active and on feet while on campus.
  • Available from 7 am – 4 pm on workdays.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and present character curriculum to students daily.
  • Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run.
  • Motivate students to raise funds for their school.
  • Engage with teachers, parents, and administrators.
  • Understand and apply business models and principles.

THE PROGRAM SPECIALIST ROLE AND WHY IT’S IMPORTANT TO BOOSTER

Booster is growing at double‑digit rates each year. As a Program Specialist, you and your team will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. Alongside your team, you’ll serve on campus with excellence, help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impact students. You’ll continually display enthusiasm, professionalism, and intentionality to serve schools with remarkable client care. We hire both full‑time and part‑time Program Specialists.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE
  • Teaching and presenting character curriculum to students in schools daily.
  • Setting up and hosting our premier fitness fundraiser, the Boosterthon Fun Run.
  • Motivating students to raise funds for their school.
  • Engaging with teachers, parents, and administrators.
  • Learning and understanding our business models and principles.
  • Being a part of a team that models Fitness, Leadership, and Character to others.

COMPENSATION

$17 – $20 per hour, non‑exempt
