- 21 days on / 21 days off -- 8 am - 5 pm Monday thru Sunday
- 17 - 19 patients per provider -- cap set at 19
- 100% inpatient -- adult psychiatry population
- Inpatient unit runs at full census
- H&Ps required -- ED exam consistency noted ~80 - 90% of the time
- Hospital privileges required
