The long-term goal is to improve the health, safety, and well-being of Minnesota children and their families. Wilder Research, an independent research division of the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, will transition into this network role over the coming months.
The MN CFRN is a membership-based network comprising over 25 Family Resource Centers in more than 40 counties across Minnesota to-date, focused on strengthening and supporting families based on the nationally recognized Family Resource Center model.
