Qualifications

Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an RN/LPN to join our growing team!

Minnehaha Senior Living is located on a bus route at the corner of 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street in Minneapolis, MN. We help seniors age magnificently in our 77-unit apartment-style community, providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts: Flexible Schedule
LPN Wage: $27-$32.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services, while maintaining quality care that aligns with company and regulatory standards and individual care plans. Duties include:

  • Scheduling and performing rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
  • Assuming responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  • Supporting the Director of Health Services in developing staffing plans and nursing schedules that meet the needs of the resident/tenant population.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills, including email use.
