Qualifications

• Active Minnesota attorney license required.
• Minimum two years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, development, and finance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents for commercial real estate deals.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate closings with clients and partners.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction process and develop long-term relationships.
