Qualifications

• 3+ years of event planning, project management, and/or volunteer oversight required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds; physically able to help set up at events.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally; evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate ministry program strategies across formats.
• Provide leadership and direction to volunteers.
