Job summary

Long Hollow Church is seeking a dedicated ministry coordinator to support Celebrate Recovery and CR for students, including weekly procurement, printed materials, and volunteer coordination. The role also focuses on Prison and Jail ministry collaboration, TDOC compliance, and event planning for Recovery & Incarceration efforts.

You will assist in developing tracking systems for serve teams, maintaining letter-writing programs, and supporting the Recovery Podcast while working with the

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating ministry programs and volunteers is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, in writing and verbally, with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Apple computers and Google Docs/Workspace applications.

Responsibilities

• Print weekly handouts for Celebrate Recovery and student CR programs.
• Order and procure CR materials and supplies weekly.
• Provide ministry support for CR and student CR on a rotating basis.
• Organize serve team processes within Prison ministry per TDOC requirements.
• Develop tracking for real-time stages of Prison/Jail ministry volunteers.
• Create and maintain a Prison Correspondence Ministry letter-writing system.
• Plan Recovery & Incarceration events with the team.
• Support Recovery Podcast and ROCK connection requests.
