Qualifications

• Must have completed Core Training —Phase One.
• Must have 1 or more clubs.
• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Develop yearly ministry strategy with area leadership.
• Recruit and train new leaders to expand clubs.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with volunteers and donors.
