It provides purposeful discipleship and hands-on exposure to what disciplemaking looks like in a rural, small-town context, including immersion in community outreach, visitation, and church life. The program provides a $3,000 stipend with potential for additional income, plus housing and some meals, and seeks to develop ministry skills such as preaching, evangelism, worship

Job description

Experience 6-10 weeks of incarnational, rural ministry with a skilled missionary pastor. An RHMA ministry intern will receive purposeful discipleship and observe what disciplemaking looks like in the small-town, rural context. There are also opportunities to develop ministry skills which may include preaching, visitation, evangelism, worship leading, children's ministry, etc.

PROVIDED
$3000 with additional income possibilities plus housing and some meals.
