The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Lafayette, IN seeks a Ministry Discovery Intern to observe and participate in corps leadership and programming in alignment with our mission. You will support worship, education, community outreach, and social services under supervision.

Salary Range Starting at: $28,121.60/ annually
As the Ministry Discovery Intern, you will observe and participate in the leadership of all aspects of corps ministry ensuring that the Mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out.
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Position requires a background check to be completed and all background check results will be reviewed.
One year membership with The Salvation Army.
Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe from Harm training within the first 90 days of employment.
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Travel: Position will require occasional travel for training and events.
Working Conditions: Work is performed in a office, store, and church environment; Will require some weekend and evening work.
