Up to $100,000/year Drill Operator Apprentices - $40 Per Diem + Hotel + Transportation - Multiple Locations

These individuals will operate hydraulic rock drills at various mining, construction, and solar project sites across the United States. What You’ll Need

• Previous hands-on experience in construction required
• Familiarity with heavy or support equipment (e.g., forklifts, tractors, skid steers) preferred
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations/accidents in 3 years, no DUIIs)
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and spend nights away from home
• Ability to pass a background check (ATF screening) and pre-employment drug test
• Physical stamina: able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsStrong communication and active listening skills
• Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
• Adaptability and reliability in changing project environments
