Minerals Technologies Inc. (MTI) seeks a Mining Intern to support mining operations, engineering projects, and continuous improvement efforts while gaining hands-on experience in a mining environment at our Adams, MA location.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with mining, quarry, and operational improvement projects.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and report mining and production data.
• Support efforts related to mine planning, drilling, blasting, material movement, and resource utilization.
• Participate in operational reviews to identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Assist with surveying, mapping, inventory tracking, and field observations as required.
• Support environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to assigned projects.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, environmental, and safety personnel on cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities.
