AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Controls Manager for their Minerals & Metals team in Henderson, NV. This role involves leading project controls for large capital mining projects and acting as the primary interface among stakeholders to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in project controls and a strong background in cost control and scheduling. The expected compensation is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in project controls on large capital projects, preferably in mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated experience on EPC or EPCM project delivery models.
• Strong background in cost control, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for large-scale mining and mineral processing capital projects.
• Establish and maintain integrated cost, schedule, progress measurement, and forecasting systems.
• Develop and manage project baselines, change control processes, and trend management.
